course is on clinical Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation that includes treatment
modalities in Physical Medicine, Diagnostic application of physical agents,
Principles of Therapeutic exercises, Electro-diagnosis and EMG, Disability
Evaluation, Rehabilitation management, Prosthetics and Orhtotics, Psychosocial
and Psychiatric problems, Principles of team approach and Organization and
Administration of rehabilitation facilities. The course also includes clinical
training inputs in Orthopedic Surgery and Community Medicine.

medical base having its application in locomotor Handicapped. Students are
trained in manufacturing and fitting various types of orthopedic aids and
appliances needed for the physically disabled. The course is self-employment
oriented and after passing, the
professional can function independently and provide services to the disabled
persons.
